No I’m not talking about the acrobatics by Israel and Iran or the proxy wars among intelligence services in Lebanon and Syria, in Yemen, in Pakistan and Afghanistan, in Iraq. (I expect the latter to get started and heighten if the UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait --all arms of U.S. intelligence and the harmful idiots -- open up the promised embassies.)

No. It’s about Harry Wessel: a capital defense attorney, a comedy inspired by my practice as a defense attorney in the District of Columbia.

I sent this comedy only to one New York agent. She said the following: “It’s a funny and biting satire, to be sure, but there’s not enough narrative or connective tissue bringing together the work as a whole.” She may be right. My intent was to let the reader do the connecting. I can’t go back and do connective tissue work. Once it’s written, it’s over for me.

But I will in due time edit and correct the misspellings.
