This site will endeavor to contribute reason to the debate about Saudi politics. It will investigate relevant aspects of the Saudi polity, and will supply commentary about it. Though aware that information about local Saudi affairs is not readily available, the analytical nature of this newsletter will allow it to draw analogies and reach (hopefully) enlightening conclusions. Tony Khater, publisher and editor, holds a J.D. (Georgetown Law) and a Ph.D in political science (SUNY/Buffalo.) He is an attorney who's active in private practice and lives in Washington, D.C. In addition, he has served as the National Coordinator of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) and Special Assistant to the Executive Director of the National Association of Arab-Americans (NAAA). Attorney experience: extensive experience in identifying for clients the most competent attorneys in various fields in the US and abroad, in working with these attorneys, and many times in supervising their work.
